I was feeling sick. I travel a ton and getting sick wasn’t an option so I went to the WoW clinic and got the immunity iv and feel so much better just a day later.  Trisha did an amazing job, I hardly felt it at all.  They also have this amazing massage chair that makes the time zoom by. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors and nurses are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and their nutritionist is the best around. We are lucky to have this office in our community. Amazing experience every single time.  I love to add on the massage chair.  Everyone is kind, it’s a wonderful, calm environment, snacks and beverages provided. I’ve had a great experience at WOW Clinic. I mainly use their sauna and cold plunge setup, and it’s become a huge part of my recovery routine this year.

The setup is awesome. I usually start in the infrared sauna at 170°, hit the cold plunge (they have two options at 42° and 54°), and then do my next two sauna rounds in the dry sauna at 195°. Having all of those options in one place makes it really easy to get a solid recovery session in.  Plus they’ve got a great music and lighting system that you can adjust and customize easily to fit the vibe you’re wanting.

Between big training volume, ultramarathons, and some very long days in the mountains, I’ve put my body through a lot this year, and I feel like consistently coming here has been a pillar of my recovery and has helped me stay healthy and relatively injury-free through all of it.

The staff is always super friendly, booking is easy, and the facility is really nice. I’ve mostly stuck with the sauna and cold plunge so far, but I’m looking forward to trying some of their other services soon. Definitely recommend WOW Clinic!
